Any damage incurred from normal use, drops, or hitting the product against a hard surface are not considered manufacturing faults. Within 14 days of receiving the product.

- Damage brought on by carelessness, incorrect handling, or mishaps
- Unauthorized personnel handling the Malang items (e.g for size modification, service or repairs).
